GeoSystems Analysis, Inc., a Trinity Consultants team, is seeking an Engineer I to join our southwest team. The position supports analysis, design, and documentation for mine reclamation, managed aquifer recharge, habitat restoration, and related water resources projects.

The role may be based in Tucson, AZ, Hood River, OR, or Albuquerque, NM, with hybrid or remote options for many roles. A bachelor’s or master’s degree plus an EIT is required; PE or progress toward PE within 12 months is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification required; PE or ability to obtain within twelve months.
• Two or more years of relevant engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with mine reclamation, managed aquifer recharge or habitat restoration preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Perform engineering analyses and design activities related to stormwater management, hydrology, hydraulics, earthwork, and landform stabilization.
• Prepare calculations, technical reports, specifications, design plans, and supporting documentation.
• Develop design concepts and review drawings with CAD staff.
• Analyze data to support project design and engineering solutions.
• Identify challenges, evaluate solutions, and communicate recommendations to teams.
• Participate in field investigations, site visits, data collection, and construction observations.
• Support planning activities including scopes, estimates, proposals, and documentation.
