Job summary

Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Documentation Administrator to support a temporary documentation improvement project. The role will create, update, and organize SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation with cross-functional collaboration.

The project offers full-time hours for a temporary assignment with a 7am–4pm shift. Experience with SOPs and MS Office is preferred; manufacturing/engineering context and ISO documentation familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical background preferred.
  • Experience creating SOPs, work instructions, or technical documentation preferred.
  • Strong written communication, proofreading, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Manufacturing or engineering experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ISO documentation, quality systems, or Lean Manufacturing is preferred.

Engineering Documentation Administrator (Temporary Project)

Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time Temporary Project Assignment

Shift – 7am to 4pm

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Documentation Administrator to support a temporary documentation improvement project. In this role, you will create, update, and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation while working closely with engineering, operations, quality, and production teams.

This is a project-based position with full-time hours and the potential for future opportunities based on business needs.
