Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Sales Ambassador to engage customers, sample products, and drive sales at our store locations. You will prepare foods using induction cooktops and related equipment, sample produce and groceries, and help coordinate in-store events with the team.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to stand at the tasting station for long periods, while offering opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced, healthy living retail

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• High energy with a passion for Sprouts products.
• Thrives on customer engagement.
• Ability to suggestively sell product.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to follow cooking directions.
• Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours.
• Experience with customer service, sales, marketing or event planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with store team members and support office.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Intermediate level computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers while sampling products.
• Prepare and serve food using induction cooktop and other equipment.
• Cut and sample produce and grocery items.
• Help achieve sales goals by promoting products.
• Coordinate event activities: setup/takedown, notify teams, manage samples and inventory, prepare recaps.
• Maintain program equipment and follow food safety guidelines.
• Complete online trainings to build knowledge.
