Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is looking for a Sales Ambassador to help customers discover new products, provide exceptional customer service, and support sales through sampling and product knowledge in a fast‑paced, friendly environment.

Responsibilities include engaging customers during tastings, preparing and serving food, sampling produce, achieving sales goals, coordinating events, maintaining equipment, and following food safety guidelines. DailyPay and flexible schedules are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• High energy and passion for Sprouts products.
• Thrives on customer engagement and can suggestively sell products.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and follow cooking directions.
• Ability to stand at the tasting station for up to 8 hours.
• Experience with customer service, sales, marketing, or event planning.
• Effective communication and rapport-building with store team members and support office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers while sampling products.
• Prepare and serve food using induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc., following provided cooking directions.
• Cut and sample produce and grocery products.
• Achieve sales goals by sharing products with customers and encouraging them to try new items.
• Coordinate all event activities, including setup and takedown, communicating upcoming events in manager meetings, managing sample supply and inventory, and preparing event recaps via SharePoint.
• Maintain program‑specific equipment.
• Adhere to strict food safety guidelines.
• Complete assigned online trainings to build product knowledge.
