Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Sales Ambassador to engage customers, sample products, and support in-store events. You will prepare and serve foods at the tasting station, help drive sales by showcasing new items, and coordinate event activities with store teams.

The role emphasizes food safety, customer service, and a willingness to learn. Flexible schedules and a friendly, fast-paced environment are offered to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to suggestively sell products and meet sales goals.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and follow cooking directions.
• Ability to stand and work at the tasting station for extended periods.
• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or event planning.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers while sampling products.
• Prepare and serve food using induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc., with provided directions.
• Cut and sample produce and grocery items.
• Help achieve sales goals by sharing product and encouraging sampling.
• Coordinate event activities: setup/takedown, communicate upcoming events, manage sample inventory, and prepare event recaps.
• Maintain program-specific equipment and adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Complete assigned online trainings to expand product knowledge.
