Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Sales Ambassador to engage customers, sample products, and drive sales in a fast-paced store environment. You will prepare foods with induction cooktops, sample produce, and suggest new products to shoppers while upholding safety standards.

The role emphasizes flexible schedules, teamwork with store staff, and participation in store events and promotions. Prior experience in customer service or sales is valued, and a passion for healthy living supports success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with customer service, sales, marketing or event planning.
• Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging customers while sampling products.
• Preparing and serving food using an induction cooktop and related equipment.
• Cutting and sampling produce and grocery products.
• Achieving sales goals by sharing product with customers and encouraging trials.
• Coordinating event activities, setup, takedown, and communications in meetings.
• Managing sample supply and inventory and preparing event recaps.
