Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Sales Ambassador to engage customers, sample products, and drive sales in a fast-paced store environment. You will help prepare food, sample items, and promote healthy options while maintaining food safety and great service.

Ideal candidates are 18+, energized by product knowledge, and capable of long shifts at the tasting station. This role includes event support, cross-team communication, and growth opportunities within a community-focused grocer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• High energy with a passion for Sprouts products and customer service.
• Strong ability to engage customers and communicate clearly.
• Ability to upsell and suggestively sell products.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and follow cooking directions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging customers while sampling products.
• Preparing and serving food using induction cooktop and other equipment.
• Cutting and sampling produce and grocery items.
• Achieving sales goals by sharing products with customers.
• Coordinating event activities: setup, updates in meetings, inventory, and recaps.
• Maintaining program equipment and adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Completing online trainings to expand product knowledge.
