Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Sales Ambassador to engage customers, sample products, and share healthy living knowledge in a fast-paced store environment.

You will assist in setting up and running tasting events, meet sales goals, and deliver outstanding service while maintaining food safety and completing online trainings. The role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for growth within a community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Energetic with a passion for Sprouts products and customer engagement.
• Ability to suggestively sell and learn new products and processes.
• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing or event planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers while sampling products and explain features.
• Prepare and serve food with provided cooking directions.
• Support event setup, takedown, and communications in dept meetings.
• Manage sample supply and inventory and prepare event recaps in SharePoint.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and complete online trainings.
