Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to engage customers, share product knowledge, and drive sales on the showroom floor.

You'll greet customers, respond to questions, process payments, and collaborate with management to uphold store standards, safety, and loss prevention while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You'll also assist with merchandising, stockroom readiness, and participate in training programs to stay current with promotions and loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Greet customers, answer questions, process payments, escalate as needed.
• Promote promotions, offers, loyalty programs, and initiatives.
• Maintain store standards in service, merchandising, and teamwork.
• Support store profitability and operational excellence with leadership by example.
• Assist with stock, safety, and loss prevention.Process curbside pickup and ship-from-store orders as required.
• Prepare stockroom for inventory and perform stock checks.
