Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and product knowledge sharing.
• Greet and assist customers, respond to questions, process payments, and involve management as needed.
• Promote promotions, loyalty programs, and initiatives to customers.
• Maintain excellent service standards in selling, service, merchandising and teamwork.
• Support store profitability and operational excellence.
• Promote the brand through customer engagement and product demonstrations.
• Ensure stock and displays are stocked and accessible for customers.
• Support safety standards and training.
• Maintain awareness of loss prevention and security per guidelines.
• Process incoming/outgoing packages, curbside, ship from store, BOPIS as needed.
• Assist in preparing stockroom for inventory and perform stock duties.
• Perform stock checks and keep stockroom organized.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
