Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service.
• Greet guests and present menus.
• Take orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen.
• Guide guests through the menu with descriptive suggestions.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Finalize visits with accurate bill presentation.
