Job summary

Hyatt Place Athens/Downtown, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property, is seeking a friendly Server to join our restaurant team in Athens, GA. You will greet guests, take orders, and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of food service experience, knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits, and can thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while delivering welcoming service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service.
• Greet guests and present menus.
• Take orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen.
• Guide guests through the menu with descriptive suggestions.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Finalize visits with accurate bill presentation.

Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages.
