Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a Food & Beverage Manager for Hyatt Place Athens/Downtown in Athens, GA. Lead daily restaurant, bar, and In‑Room Dining operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, profitability, and brand standards.

Collaborate with Culinary, Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to develop menus and promotions, driving revenue opportunities. A bachelor’s in hospitality and 3–5 years of operations with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 3–5 years of front desk or hotel operations experience.
• 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with property management systems and reservation software.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees restaurant and Bar operations, In‑Room Dining, and banquet service.
• Coordinate with front‑of‑house, culinary, and events teams for seamless service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
• Lead staff, conduct coaching, and performance evaluations to drive guest satisfaction.
