Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Server for Hyatt Place Athens/Downtown to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will help set up, serve, and clear banquet rooms, ensuring smooth service for every function.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet settings at a 4- or 5-star venue, and strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails. Excellent communication and composure under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions: draping tables, place settings, centerpieces, and service stations.
• Serve and bus tables, transport trays, and clear dishes to maintain smooth flow.
• Break down rooms, reset spaces, and clean back-of-house areas.
• Provide high-quality service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout events.
• Explain menu items, accommodate dietary requests, and communicate with other staff.
