Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Server to join our team at Hyatt Place Athens/Downtown. You will set up and prepare banquet rooms, serve and bus tables, and tear down spaces after events at a world-class property.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably Banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions, including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and centerpieces.
• Service includes carrying trays to function location, serving, and clearing dishes.
• Break down rooms, bussing tables, stocking and organizing storerooms.
• Prepare condiments, brew coffee, and ensure workstations are stocked.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and explain menu items.
• Address guest requests and any dietary considerations with courtesy.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the banquet area.
