Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking After School Instructors to mentor and tutor groups of up to 20 students from TK through 8th grade. The role emphasizes high-energy classroom leadership, structured supervision, and seamless integration with school day activities at partner sites.

You will implement Catalyst ExpandEd Learning curricula, assist with enrichment activities, and coordinate with district staff. A vision for positive youth development and strong communication is essential for success.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months’ experience working with children preferred.
• Must meet district requirements (e.g. Paraprofessional certification may be required).

Responsabilidades

• Provide tutoring and homework assistance to meet national standards.
• Collaborate with Site Coordinator to implement ExL curriculum and procedures.
• Provide educational enrichment including youth development activities.
• Track students' progress and ensure a safe, organized learning environment.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and attendance records.
• Communicate with Site Coordinator and staff to support program aims.
