Qualifications

• Minimum two years of recent and relevant work experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred; minimum high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience preferred within financial services, retail banking, controls testing, project management, data validation, grants management.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to draft, proofread, and analyze reports from databases.
• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills and collaboration.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust support to internal and external clients across geographic locations using virtual tools.
• Assist in planning and executing project tasks, coordinate meetings, manage deliverables, and review for accuracy and formatting.
• Support data review across multiple systems and maintain compliance with operational and regulatory risk.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and processes to ensure KPIs are met and contribute to SOPs and training initiatives.
• Handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and help resolve issues with Senior Analyst support; promote a collaborative center culture.
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.
