Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Beginner proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and more).
• Proficiency in business and organizational tools and ability to draft, proofread, and analyze reports from various databases and software applications via Microsoft products.
• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work in a centralized, high performing team environment to support internal and external clients, coordinating with team members across locations.
• Assist in planning and execution of tasks, coordinate meetings, manage deliverable schedules and review deliverables for accuracy.
• Support data review across systems and monitor operational and regulatory risk to support various capabilities.
• Develop knowledge of policies and processes to ensure competency and KPI targets, including AI use case generation for quality and productivity.
• Align to project priorities, escalate issues, and participate in mentoring, SOP development, and training initiatives.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and uphold a respectful work environment.
