Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Experience in financial services, retail banking, or related controls testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; able to draft and analyze reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of project tasks, including coordinating meetings and reviewing deliverables.
• Assist in maintaining project deliverable schedules and stakeholder communications.
• Support data review across multiple systems and ensure regulatory risk compliance.
• Contribute to AI use case generation to improve quality and productivity.
• Handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and help resolve issues with supervision.
