Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Marketing Lead to scale member registration and engagement across its book of business. The role focuses on building operating models and scalable marketing solutions that require minimal 1:1 customization.

We’re looking for a systems thinker who can translate what works for individuals into repeatable programs across hundreds of customers. This role partners across Customer Marketing, Customer Success, Strategy & Operations, and Analytics to deliver

Competenze

• 5+ years in marketing with scaling programs across customer segments.
• Systems and process thinking to design scalable playbooks.
• Data-driven approach translating insights into scaled marketing recommendations.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, CS, Operations, and Analytics.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Strong project management to handle multiple initiatives.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Highspot and/or Jira.
• Adaptability and judgment as priorities evolve.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain scaled marketing operating models.
• Develop member engagement playbooks tied to customer size, industry, tenure, and product configuration.
• Drive registration and utilization at scale with automated programs.
• Standardize assets and toolkits with design and content teams.
• Measure performance with analytics and drive continuous improvement.
• Own templates, tools, workflows, and systems for scalable engagement.
