Job summary

Synechron seeks a client-focused Engagement Manager / Delivery Manager to lead technology and business transformation programs while growing strategic client relationships. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• 10+ years in IT services, consulting, or technology delivery.
• 5+ years in client-facing leadership roles (Client Partner, Delivery Manager, Engagement Manager, Program Manager, or Account Manager).
• Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts and complex delivery engagements.
• Experience owning account growth, farming, and revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery.
• Experience managing distributed and offshore teams.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, ITIL, or related certifications.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar engagements.
• Background in consulting or global IT services organizations.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management across key stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for client executives.
• Build executive relationships across business and technology.
• Align delivery strategy with client objectives.
• Drive customer satisfaction and act as trusted advisor.
• Conduct governance meetings, business reviews, and exec presentations.
• Own end-to-end delivery of programs and managed services.
• Ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and mitigations.
• Lead delivery teams across locations and roles.
• Establish governance frameworks and standards.
• Manage resource planning, utilization, and capacity.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell.
• Support contract renewals and SOW development.
• Oversee revenue forecasting and profitability targets.
