Job summary

Profound is seeking an Engagement Manager for Pharma & Life Sciences in our NYC office. You will drive the AI search program across a portfolio of large pharmaceutical customers, owning onboarding, implementation, and measurable outcomes with the Profound platform.

You will partner with brand, commercial, digital, and omnichannel teams to connect AI search visibility to brand strategy and launch plans, while navigating MLR review and ensuring compliant content workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with enterprise customers driving strategic outcomes.
• Experience in pharma/life sciences marketing and regulatory workflows.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate MLR review cycles and comply with promotional guidelines.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Comfort delivering to both marketers and scientific audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor for a portfolio of enterprise pharma and life sciences customers.
• Own onboarding, implementation, and measurable outcomes with Profound platform.
