Job summary

Profound is hiring an Engagement Manager to lead the AI search program for a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will guide onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement, delivering strategic consultation and measurable outcomes with the Profound platform.

The role requires 4+ years of enterprise customer experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives across Marketing, Operations, Product, and Executive teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer success, account management, or consulting role with enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication skills for presentations and demos.
• Strong relationship-building and client-management capabilities.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and driving results.
• Analytical thinker who uses data to guide decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of 25–35 enterprise customers.
• Own onboarding, implementation, and driving measurable outcomes with the Profound platform.
• Conduct strategic business reviews, identify opportunities, and address risks.
• Understand customer objectives and manage relationships with stakeholders across teams.
• Develop expertise in AI search and large language models.
• Multi-thread engagements to mitigate stakeholder turnover risk.
• Coordinate with Account Management to ensure value delivery aligns with goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementation and resolve issues.
