Job summary

Profound, the marketing platform for the AI era, is seeking an Engagement Manager in NYC/SF/London. You will drive the AI search program for customers, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing engagement with the Profound platform.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver strategic guidance, measurable outcomes, and best practices that boost AI visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with scale, tech-touch, or SMB customer success
• Ability to own end-to-end processes with systems thinking
• Strong communication skills for presentations and demonstrations
• Analytical mindset with comfort using quantitative data
• Experience in the search or marketing industry

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tech-touch strategies in partnership with the Scale team to ensure hundreds of SMB customers realize value from the Profound platform
• Own the full customer journey through automation and scaled strategies, from onboarding and implementation to driving measurable business outcomes
• Become an expert in the AI search space and develop a strong understanding of how large language models work
• Partner closely with the Account Management team to ensure value delivery aligns with commercial goals
• Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize implementation and resolve technical challenges
