Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise customer success or account management experience.
• Excellent communication, with ability to deliver presentations and demos.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Ability to own processes end to end and manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of 25 to 35 enterprise customers.
• Own the full customer journey from onboarding and implementation through outcomes.
• Conduct strategic business reviews, identifying opportunities and addressing risks.
• Develop understanding of customer objectives and manage relationships across marketing, operations, product, and executives.
• Become an expert in AI search and how large language models work.
• Multi-thread engagements to mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover.
• Partner with Account Management to ensure value delivery aligns with goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementation and resolve challenges.
