Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to guide complex client engagements remotely in the USA. You will lead strategic projects, coordinate with Sales, Services and Support, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

The role requires deep project management expertise, engagement leadership across multiple accounts, and collaboration with third-party partners. Travel is primarily domestic with some international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 12–15 years of related software implementation experience.
• 8+ years of project management or tech lead experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagement economics and coordinate with service lines.
• Provide full scope project management from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans for scope, time, budget.
• Communicate progress, issues, risks to client and stakeholders.
• Leverage engagement methodology; collaborate with partners/vendors.
• Build relationships with directors to facilitate services and licenses.
• Support sales pipeline events and assist in implementation workstreams.
• Mentor team members and participate in recruitment.
