Veeva Systems, Inc. in San Francisco, CA is seeking an Engagement Manager within Global Analytics to transform how clients work with Technology, Data, and AI, driving organizational change and measurable business value.

You will lead strategic delivery, manage large scale engagements, and shape account strategy while guiding teams across multiple projects, with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes for Life Sciences customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Proven expertise in varying healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, and reference) and analytics use cases such as segmentation, targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment.
• Highly analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale engagements.
• Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins and driving long-term account strategy.
• Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects simultaneously, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as the primary point of contact for project health and commercial success.
• Support brand-building activities and the development of internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront of the industry.

The Role

As anEngagement Manager in our Global Analytics, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Veeva Analytic Business Consulting removes the legacy barrier of data preparation by bringing pre-integrated, industry best-in-class data to generate high-impact insights. Our analyses jump start field activation, pinpoint the right patient populations and HCPs, driving higher engagement and improving patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements
• Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in varying healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, and reference) and industry-specific analytics use cases such as segmentation & targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment
• Mindset:A highly analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Deep knowledge of Veeva products
• Previous analyst-level work with working knowledge and proficiency of SQL and/or Python
• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

Compensation

• Base pay: $85,000 - $210,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
