Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Consultant in the Global Analytics Practice. You will transform how Life Sciences teams work with Technology, Data, and AI to deliver tangible business value.

You will analyze patient-level claims data and real-world datasets to guide market sizing, patient journeys, therapy lines, and referral patterns, shaping the product lifecycle from pre-launch to post-launch evidence generation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management)
• Experience with anonymized, patient-level claims data or large real-world datasets
• Knowledge of real-world data use cases across the product lifecycle
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets
• Analytical mindset with quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree or higher

The Role

As a Consultant in our Global Analytics Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Analyze industry-leading patient-level claims data, alongside other real-world datasets, to convert raw data into actionable insights around market sizing, patient journey, line of therapy, and referral patterns.

Apply these insights throughout the product lifecycle - from pre-launch planning to post-launch execution and real-world evidence generation.

What You'll Do

• Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream
• Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Domain Knowledge:
• Experience working with or understanding of anonymized, patient-level claims data (preferred) or other large, real-world datasets
• Demonstrated knowledge of real-world data use cases/applications across the product lifecycle
• Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets
• Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

Compensation

• Base pay: $70,000 - $140,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
