As a Senior Consultant in our Global Analytics Practice, you will help customers transform how they work with Technology, Data, and AI, focusing on operating models, organizational change, and measuring business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven expertise in healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, reference) and analytics use cases such as segmentation & targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment.
• Proficiency in SQL with ability to quickly master new tools as needed.
• A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of small-scale projects.
• Manage project teams of 2–3 consultants.
• Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities.
• Solve complex challenges using data, software, and AI insights.
• Develop deep expertise in 1–2 functional areas across the Global Analytics practice.

The Role

As a Senior Consultant in our Global Analytics Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Veeva Analytic Business Consulting removes the legacy barrier of data preparation by bringing pre-integrated, industry best-in-class data to generate high-impact insights. Our analyses jump start field activation, pinpoint the right patient populations and HCPs, driving higher engagement and improving patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Project Leadership: Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions
• Team Management: Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing your people leadership skills in a project setting
• Business Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagements
• Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data, software, and AI insights
• Subject Matter Expertise: Support multiple projects across the Global Analytics practice while developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areas

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in varying healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, and reference) and industry-specific analytics use cases such as segmentation & targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment. Proficiency in SQL with the ability to quickly master new tools as needed
• Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Proficiency in Python
• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

Compensation

• Base pay: $80,000 - $200,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
