Job summary

Inizio Partners in San Francisco is seeking an Engagement Manager to design, test, and optimize end-to-end collections and recoveries strategies across early and late buckets.

You will lead analytics, experimentation, and partnerships with operations and vendors to lift RPC, increase recovery rates, and lower unit costs, while growing strategic client relationships and delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Collections strategy, analytics consulting, and financial services.
• Experience designing policy optimization and with Banks/FinTechs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling in a consulting setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end collections and recoveries strategies across early and late buckets.
• Track RPC, recovery rates, and roll rates; drive improvements.
• Manage client relationships and cross-functional teams in consulting context.
• Oversee policy changes, test new approaches, and monitor market trends.
• Partner with operations and vendors to execute strategic initiatives and drive results.
• Lead analytical and consulting workstreams with onshore and offshore teams.
