Job summary

Holbrook Life Management in Sugar Hill, GA seeks an Engagement Leader to curate daily experiences for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. You will craft moments that spark joy, reduce anxiety, and foster connection, shaping the rhythm of the neighborhood with empathy and professionalism.

Lead engaging activities across mind, body, and spirit, coordinating programs, and partnering with the Memory Care Director to keep families informed and engaged.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or cognitive impairment.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging programs for diverse cognitive levels.
• Strong organizational skills, energy, creativity, and leadership with heart.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete).
• Understanding of infection control and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct a purposeful engagement calendar for mind, body, and spirit.
• Lead recreational, social, wellness, and therapeutic experiences.
• Introduce activities for all stages of dementia with dignity.
• Encourage hobbies, creativity, music, movement, and intergenerational connection.
• Host group and one-on-one experiences to foster belonging and safety.
• Coordinate programs and outings to enhance quality of life.
• Support newsletter content with Memory Care Director.
• Support residents' spiritual wellbeing through chaplaincy visits.
