Holbrook Life Management seeks an Engagement Leader to curate and elevate daily experiences for residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. The role blends hospitality, wellbeing, and thoughtful cognitive support to foster joy, connection, and purpose.

You will shape the neighborhood rhythm, ensuring residents feel included, valued, and thriving through structured activities and compassionate leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with Alzheimer’s or cognitive impairment.
• Ability to design engaging programs for varying cognitive levels.
• Strong organizational skills and creativity with heart.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge of infection control and safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Curate and lead daily experiences for memory care residents.
• Develop a purposeful engagement calendar focusing on mind, body, and spirit.
• Lead recreational, wellness, and therapeutic activities.
• Foster inclusion for all stages of dementia.
• Coordinate cultural events and outings.
• Partner with Memory Care Director to inform families.
• Support residents' spiritual wellbeing through chaplaincy visits.
• Document participation and report notable changes.
• Serve as a hospitality ambassador with patience and professionalism.
