TEKsystems Global Services seeks an Engagement Manager II (EM II) to lead delivery on the Amazon account, guiding multiple engagements and teams. You will forge strong client relationships and deliver value through program reporting, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include governance, budget adherence, and collaboration across TEK teams. This role requires travel and a track record of managing complex IT professional services engagements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• People management experience.
• Experience in project management fundamentals or as a Scrum Master.
• Exposure to professional services agreements and change management processes.
• Exposure to IT Managed Services and IT certifications.

Mansioni

• Oversee engagements with varying delivery models, ensuring objectives are achieved on schedule and within budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure delivery success.
• Provide strategic value through regular performance reporting (financial, status, forecasting).
• Lead larger engagement teams, mentor resources, and ensure consistent messaging across projects.
