Zusammenfassung

TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) seeks an Engagement Manager II to own end-to-end delivery for a strategic technology client, across AI/GenAI initiatives. This delivery leadership role requires program and project management, client engagement, and mentorship to a team of delivery resources.

The EM II will manage contracts, budgets, and governance, communicating progress to stakeholders and driving value. The role offers PST hours and the option for remote work across the U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or program management roles within large, complex environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and portfolios with strong client relationship skills.
• Experience aligning service delivery with contractual agreements, SLAs, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for estimating scope, budgets, and burn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence and present to senior leadership.
• Experience managing direct reports and conducting performance reviews.

• Oversee multiple engagements with varying delivery models for a strategic client.
• Build rapport with client stakeholders to understand long-term goals and align services.
• Regularly inform internal and external stakeholders about progress, challenges, and results.
• Map engagement value and realize business impact through governance and reporting.
• Lead and mentor a team of delivery resources to foster a high-performing culture.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and profitability of engagements.
