Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Engagement Manager II (Remote) to own end-to-end delivery for strategic technology client engagements, including AI/GenAI initiatives. The role requires strong program management, client relationship skills, and revenue oversight, with a focus on value realization and team leadership.

This fully remote permanent position supports PST hours and allows work-from-anywhere across the U.S., with a pay range of $105,000 to $150,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or program management roles within large, complex environments.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and portfolios, with strong client relationship management skills and strategic advisory capabilities.
• Experience in service delivery alignment with contractual agreements, SLAs, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to clients and senior leadership.
• Experience managing direct reports, including performance reviews, feedback, and training.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple engagements with varying delivery models for a strategic client, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Build rapport with client stakeholders to understand long-term goals and align services accordingly.
• Regularly inform internal and external stakeholders about progress, challenges, and results.
• Map client organization and identify opportunities where engagements drive business impact.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of delivery resources with regular feedback and mentorship.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability of engagements.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies for engagement stability.
• Establish governance and lead client reviews, translating data into clear executive narratives.
