Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex AWS-based cloud projects in a fast‑paced environment. You will combine technical credibility with program leadership, ensuring outcomes align with customer goals and AWS best practices.

You will drive stakeholder discussions, balance trade‑offs on performance, security, and scalability, and advance security clearances as required. This role requires a US citizenship and Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale
5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise‑level IT engagements
Knowledge of public cloud value proposition and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
Current, active US Government Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects
Leverage knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide decisions
Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and align with customer outcomes
Distill customer needs into technical requirements mapped to business outcomes
Decompose complex technical problems into actionable solutions
Contribute to technical documentation and define documentation standards
