Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead customer engagement and service delivery across our cloud and compliance programs. You will drive project lifecycles, align multiple technical teams, and ensure outcomes meet regulatory standards while maintaining customer satisfaction.

This role requires hands-on experience delivering cloud, compliance, or infrastructure projects, strong communication, and the ability to operate without rigid processes in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct project delivery experience in PM/Engagement roles.
• 2+ years with cloud, compliance (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST) or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with schedule, resource, and budget management and service delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing SOWs and changes; strong status reporting and milestones tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication and a customer-success mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle from kickoff through closeout, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and transition to operations.
• Review and manage each project’s SOW to keep work in scope and proactively address changes, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead customer kickoff activities, define objectives, timelines, and delivery plans and cadences.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, deliverables, resources, and risk logs.
• Coordinate across security, build, SecOps, and compliance teams as the central delivery orchestrator.
• Manage schedules, resources, and budgets across multiple projects; report progress weekly.
• Facilitate day-to-day operations: customer meetings, internal standups, and task follow-ups.
• Oversee outcomes for compliance programs, including vulnerabilities, POA&Ms, and FedRAMP/FISMA/NIST/CMMC requirements.
