The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to join our Bonner Academy team, driving a seamless and compassionate client experience and supporting access to behavioral health services. You will serve as a central resource for families, referral sources, and staff, ensuring timely communication, intake efficiency, and accurate documentation from first contact through discharge.

Responsibilities include managing electronic records, gathering insurance information, supporting outreach

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant administrative experience.
• Proven computer skills using Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
• Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
