The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Student Support Specialist to join our Education/Bonner Academy team. The role provides one-on-one and small group instructional support, helps clients complete academic assignments, and supports development of social, behavioral, communication, and life skills.

• Provide one-on-one and small group instructional support.
• Assist clients with completing academic assignments and activities.
• Support clients in developing social, behavioral, communication, and life skills.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior intervention strategies.
• Help clients transition between classes and activities.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, trauma-informed positive treatment environment.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• You have a high school diploma, or GED. Bachelors degree preferred.
• You have three years of mental health working experience.
• You are QMHS eligible.
• You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
