Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an Engagement & Community Manager for our Westmont, IL or downtown Chicago offices.

This role requires up to 50% travel to engage with communities and foster an exceptional jobsite experience. You will lead community impact initiatives, cultivate partnerships, and translate Ryan's values into measurable local impact while strengthening connections between project teams and the communities we build for.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee engagement, event planning or culture-focused roles.
• Construction or large project experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with communication platforms and basic design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mission Critical team member experience plans reflecting Ryan's values.
• Design, coordinate and host site-wide events and wellness activities.
• Champion inclusion, belonging, and safety across sites.
• Gather feedback, measure outcomes and report program results.
• Act as a trusted advocate for morale and day-to-day on-site experience.
