Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Senior Manager, Communications & Engagement to shape and execute enterprise-wide internal communications and engagement strategies connecting Associates to priorities, culture, and moments.

You will lead newsletters, intranet content, executive communications, campaigns, live events, multimedia storytelling, and recognition programs while partnering with HR, IT, and Stores to translate complex information into clear, actionable messaging.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise priorities into communications roadmaps with objectives, audiences, messages, timing, channels and success measures.
• Lead executive communications, speeches, talking points, presentations and materials for leadership meetings and events.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape messages, storytelling and alignment with brand and priorities.
• Direct content development for enterprise meetings, coordinating partners, events and creative resources.
