Job summary

Carolina Performing Arts at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking an Engagement and Artistic Coordinator to connect CPA with engagement partners, community collaborators, visiting artists, and UNC staff and faculty.You will support the Director of Engagement and the artistic operations team in planning and executing CPA’s engagement programming, creative partnerships, performances, and other mission-driven work from planning to successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Responsibilities

• Roles includes project management, information gathering and reporting, timeline development, administrative support, logistics, and basic bookkeeping support.
• Contributes to development and refinement of tools and SOPs used across engagement and artistic functions.
