Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of King County in Seattle is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support Club Leadership and create an outcome-driven experience for youth across multiple activity areas, including gym, learning center, and computer lab.

The role requires an 18+ age minimum, a high school diploma, and the ability to engage youth with positive, age-appropriate communication. This is a part-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with youth and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaged presence to prepare youth for success in a safe Club environment.
• Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating programs.
• Collect and track attendance, coursework and behavior data.
• Build partnerships with parents and families.
• Ensure program areas are set-up and cleaned daily.
