Atria Senior Living seeks an Engage Life Program Instructor in Plano, TX to lead activities that enrich residents' daily lives and foster community engagement. You will plan and supervise diverse programs, support Bright Beginnings and census efforts, maintain event schedules, and greet new residents to promote inclusion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–6 months related experience or equivalent.
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and activities that enhance residents' lives.
• Provide diversified recreational activities with appropriate supervision.
• Develop programs for residents, including those confined to rooms.
• Engage and motivate residents to participate in events and activities.
• Maintain the activity schedule and communicate upcoming events to residents.
