Qualifications

• Willingness to work with senior residents in a community setting.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.
• Comfort with coordinating activities and engaging participants.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and activities for residents.
• Provide varied recreational activities with supervision.
• Develop programs for residents, including those confined to rooms.
• Engage residents, inform about upcoming events, and maintain schedules.
• Assist with planning social events and decorating the community.
