Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Able to write simple correspondence and effectively present information one-on-one and in small groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs to engage residents.
• Provide diversified recreational activities with appropriate supervision.
• Develop and modify resident programs, including for residents confined to rooms.
• Engage and motivate residents to participate in activities.
• Inform residents of upcoming activities and maintain event calendars.
• Greet new residents and integrate them into activities.
• Assist in planning parties, events, and seasonal decorations.
• Support census-building efforts and maintain activity records.
