Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Kennebunk, ME seeks a dedicated leader to manage Engage Life programs across the community. You will supervise instructors, volunteers, and drivers, and collaborate with teams to create meaningful resident activities.

You will plan monthly calendars, recruit and evaluate staff, and support outreach and resident engagement initiatives. Atria emphasizes advancement and work-life balance in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with 1–2 years related experience/training.
• Clear communication with detail, even under stress, team-oriented.
• Strong performance management and documentation of conversations and pay adjustments.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment to meet community goals.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive company or personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements engaging programs for residents aligned with 8 Dimensions of Engagement.
• Manages the Engage Life program, volunteers, and drivers.
• Publishes a monthly program calendar and coordinates events.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews of program personnel.
• Participates in sales activities and public relations to promote the community.
