Atria Senior Living is seeking a dedicated team member to lead Engage Life programs and organize activities for residents in our communities. You will plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of recreational activities, greet new residents, and help create a welcoming environment that promotes engagement and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one or small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and activities for residents.
• Plan and organize recreational activities with supervision for each activity.
• Greet new residents and facilitate introductions to others with similar interests.
• Maintain current activity schedules and records of participation.
• Assist in planning parties, decorations, and seasonal activities.
• Support census-building initiatives and volunteer engagement.
