Job summary

Atria Senior Living seeks an Engage Life Coordinator to design and run programs that enrich residents’ daily lives, foster connection, and help residents thrive in their homes. You will lead activities, coordinate schedules, support transportation with the Driver role, recruit volunteers when needed, and work with staff to deliver safe, engaging events throughout the community.

This role requires effective English communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• 1–2 years coordinating, planning, and executing group activities.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, and Excel; comfortable with tablets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and develop daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
• Keep residents connected to each other and to community activities.
• Teach and lead exercises; assist with fitness equipment.
• Engage residents with spontaneity, purpose, and inclusive activities.
• Prepare monthly program calendars and inform residents of events.
• Coordinate with Operations to meet customer satisfaction standards.
• Hire, train, supervise, and manage the Driver position; assist with volunteers.
