Qualifications

• Typically 15+ years of energy-industry and advisory experience.
• Deep subject-matter expertise in one or more areas of the energy sector with regulatory and market insight.
• Proven ability to originate work, manage senior client relationships and grow accounts.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex engagements.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for executives, regulators and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as required.

Responsibilities

• Originate, scope and lead complex engagements across the North American energy sector.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, utilities, regulators, investors and developers.
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory, commercial, financial and industry challenges.
• Lead the development of high-quality analysis, reports, presentations and testimony.
• Maintain and expand senior client relationships and identify opportunities for new engagements.
• Lead business development activities, including proposals, scopes and budgets.
• Provide senior oversight and quality control across engagements, ensuring on-time delivery and budget.
• Represent the firm at industry events, thought leadership and external activities.
• Mentor and develop teams and contribute to recruitment and service development.
